I bought 2 gray phones, one had a few minor scratches on the outer bezel but still doesn't detract from the overall quality!

One would expect OEM to mean from that same manufacturer. These came with Motorola "OEM" chargers. I'll call it positive feedback because it's still a good bargain. HOWEVER, buyer beware.
