Out of the box, came fully charged. The price they were going for was spot on. They were easy to start using on my personal carrier, Metro by Tmobile. No issues getting the phones to work. I bought 2 gray phones, one had a few minor scratches on the outer bezel but still doesn't detract from the overall quality!

It has some very noticeable scuffs. Seller notes state specifically "You will receive a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, OEM Charger and type-c cable, nothing else is included." One would expect OEM to mean from that same manufacturer. These came with Motorola "OEM" chargers. I'll call it positive feedback because it's still a good bargain. HOWEVER, buyer beware.
