The seller’s communication was prompt and politely helpful when I contacted them about delivery. As usually happens with them Aramex leaves much to be desired as a courier however, as they did not update their tracking information. After contact with Aramex they told me they were still waiting on the item from the seller, but then delivered it the next day.
