we received the H0 set today and it appeared to be new, didn't take it out of the box. When we opened the box, there was a plastic bag inside of the box and it was full with little black things. Not sure if they were dead bugs, bug poop, we don't know, but it was everywhere. We grabbed the entire box, put it in the fireplace and set it on fire. Don't need bugs in my home. Shipping was really fast though.

I packaged your order. There was nothing wrong or out of place when I packed it. I don't know where the box was put in transit but there were NO bugs or poop in the box when I shipped.
