They asked me to return for refund, which I did exactly as requested. But then they asked for proof of postage and seemed unable or unwilling to tell me if the return had arrived over a week later and said they had to ‘refund me from their pocket money’. And then after they finally paid the refund asked that I leave positive feedback. Worst eBay experience in last five years.

I contacted the seller sent them the msg from delivery company and no quibble they arranged a replacement which I received today. Despite being messaged by seller several times saying it would be delivered, it was not delivered until a very long time later. When it arrived in its white box, it was shown as rechargeable but no facility was supplied to recharge it. After having requested refund from seller several times I contacted ebay and had to send it back, then finally got a refund.
