I do find that not including the 4 bolts and nuts is frustrating. I was short on time and didn't order a new set so i reused the old horrible bolts. Had to redo the job and replace the hardware another day. That was just now. I rather get charged a bit more and have the necessary bolts, washers and nuts in the package guys. These cured my wheel hop fellas! So yes buy them but also get a new set of of high grade bolts and nuts.
