Horrible response time, defective woofer, changed woofer to one I had and it jams. I spoke to customer support and they promised me a partial refund this was on Monday 11/27/23. So I called yesterday afternoon and still nothing no response or anything. Stay away from this seller, they don’t care about customer service.
