      Useful addition for boxers

      As a qualified boxing coach, I wanted something for my home gym that was not hung or Bob (body shape) freestanding bag. It's different workout to either if those and also double end bag. You don't strike it hard, but it's great for slipping and cardio work. All in all, enjoy it more than most bags costing £hundreds. Just don't buy one if you are looking for something to punch hard. In that case go for a heavy bag.

      Brilliant bag

      Great bag for punching, the thick high density foam makes the ball a lot heavier and harder to punch than a traditional air ball, this one actually does you're muscles aswell as it is harder to hit than an air ball, it is much heavier feeling when you hit it. Defonently an upside. As this helps you hit the same head weight tbh. It feels like hitting a person more than the conventional airballdoes. I would highly recommend this over an airball as it feels more of a workout. I much prefer it to a airball. Regards Derek

      Great value!

      Cheap...sturdy....and very handy! Got 2 in the gym! After 2 weeks......I advise you use washers to tighten the head attachment as it does work loose. Great value item but you will need to do regular minor maintenance.p
