You asked me to ship ASAP right after you ordered. It CLEARLY says 3 business days of processing time on the listing. I offer to refund you and cancel your order since you want them urgently and we cannot accommodate that. Then you said ‘oh actually I can wait.’ So now it’s NOT urgent anymore??? If you want them next day, go shop at amazon with your prime membership if you have one and if they sell what you want. Otherwise, don’t try to manipulate sellers. BLOCKED.

    Seller was good -- I just don't like the product.

    I purchased this Redken Style Heat Design 09 not realizing that it was for restyling. It makes my hair way too stiff.. I had used another Redken Heat Styling 09 (clear gel) and loved it because my hair was soft and natural after blow drying. This is a milky gel, so I knew immediately it was different. I have continued to try it, hoping to find a way to make it work. My other mistake is that I purchased two of the product. OOOPS!
