The packaging had dried water marks and dried water marks (calcium) on the module. It did program, and it works so i didn't return it because of comparable modules pricing. Those high priced sellers will probably get stuck with them because the programing isn't available any longer Voxx and most folks won't be able to flash the module which is required. The seller did offer to take it back and issue a refund. My problem was the description didn't mention water damage.
