Life-changer!
I have thin, frizzy, shoulder blade length hair. I put 3-4 pumps in my hand, rub my hands together then apply to the bottom 2/3rds of my hair so the top won't be too flat or weighed down. I've used this for years and am very happy with the product whether I am wearing my hair naturally wavy or straitening it with a blow dryer and/or flat iron. This is a real life-changer.
