    Tablets plus shot WORKS

    Solgar has consistent quality products. Sublingual B12 is better absorbed by the body as stomach acid breaks down swallow tablets. I have not had B12 measured in my blood, but do seem to have a little more energy when taking B12. Grandpa is deficient in B12 and gets a shot once a month. Since taking the sublingual his B12 remained higher than normal levels between shots. With just a shot the level dropped off by the end of the month. He probably could just take the tablets and not get a shot...
