order was processed fast and actually received pump 2 days sooner that what was forecast. The instruction book had no wiring diagram and would be confusing for the novice. When changing to 230v use make sure you put the the wires on the same posts you took the cord off of. only problem I had was when I went to turn on pump it didn't work so, I had to take it apart to double check the connections found 2 bad stake-on crimps and I replaced them. Pump works great now and is quiet
