    Treat anxiety

    The book takes its reader into the definition of anxiety and how to respond to it. Pages are easy to follow. Reading it chapter by chapter is the best way to walk through it. First reading the book of Philippians is so help- ful for it.

    What Faith Can Do to Ease Anxiety

    I originally bought this book for my adult daughter who has battled anxiety and depression. I wanted to read it myself first before suggesting it to her. We know from our own experience that medications are so frustrating (figuring out the right dosage is basically like shooting in the dark, trial and error) and never seems to provide a lasting answer. John MacArthur brings a biblical perspective to the issue of anxiety, and addresses the root cause that is, in my humble opinion, totally overlooked by secular mental health professionals today. Faith does play a role in the way we see the world, and does affect our mind and soul. I would recommend this book to a fellow believer who has experienced anxiety and depression or has someone in the family that is having struggles with these ...

    Best book on overcoming anxiety!

    I read this book in a Bible study and it made a huge difference in my life! I told my husband how good it was and then he took my book and read it as well! I’ve told others about it and got this one for a friend who was struggling with worry and anxiety and I told him how much it helped me and my husband.
