seller was excellent in communication shipping quickly. However, earing itself isn't as secure when wearing as I hoped. I lost one the first day I wore them. I suggest not wearing this piece with hair down, preferably with hair pulled back to avoid any tangling and making the hoop pop open and slip off. Very sad for me, as they are very pretty. I'll purchase another pair when i can afford to splurge on a gift for myself again.
