I was sent replacement parts and 1 of the replacement parts is broken. Im a bit frustrated at this point as I've been going back and forth for about a month now. My honest opinion is their packaging could use some serious work. Any weight on the top of the boxes I received, things inside could easily break, as they did.

They packed it in a way that took alot of effort. There wasnt any square inch of the package that wasn't filled with foam and it was all little pieces cut by hand to fit precisely, probably took alot of time to do it.
