Smooth Transaction. Good communication. Item arrived undamaged and that in itself is a positive experience! One thing I would mention is that a unit of this length should have a middle leg supports to prevent sagging. Mine as setup has about a 1/8" sag on both shelves just from the weight of the shelf itself. I am not using this for heavy dishes or heavy items so I should be all set and can live with this.
