Seller was great with communications and assistance on shipping. The order was for two sets of 25 pieces of 1/4" x 5 1/2" vintage square head bolts. 10 bolts were only 5" in length, 1 of those 10 was bent but can be straightened, and another of those 10 had a broken tip as well as did one of the remaining 40 have a broken tip. Project need requires less than received, so not critical to my needs, but certainly less than what was expected.

I am sorry to hear you feel the Lag Bolts had a problem, I have been selling Fasteners for 49-1/2 Years, I hand packed them myself and noticed no problem. I wish you would have just sent them back if you felt there was a problem. I sold over 200 of these and you are the first to complain. Again, Sorry you are not happy.
