    The phone arrived packaged well and in perfect condition. After initial setup I was surprised by the reception quality. This phone should be able to get signal in places where my old phone was "spotty". Also I was a bit surprised when on initial setup I found that the phone was originally programmed with AT&T features but recognized my T-Mobile SIM and downloaded and installed their features. All of my apps transferred and set up on the screen just like on my old phone. I like it!

    Phone was shipped and arrived quickly. Unfortunately the phone said it was locked to AT&T and I could not get it to work with my service provider. But the seller tried to help fix the problem and quickly approved a return. I was refunded as soon as the phone was delivered back to the seller. Thank you again for trying to fix the issue and making the return process easy.
