    Apple missed the mark on battery life!

    This was the only apple product that has the possibility you you receiving a dud battery. All other iPhones are fine. Apple even had a program to replace the battery on these phones so at least they owned up to it. Buying a used iPhone 5 is very risky. As far as the product itself, it's awesome and blows android away!

    If downline it is perfected, I would get another model.

    Not to shabby, much better then the 4. Not to sure about the 4s but from what I here they were pretty similiar except for the whole Siri thing. But the 5 is a much needed upgrade from the two previous models. I am not sure why a lot of people complain about Battery life, when they cant put the phone down for 2 secs. I am an average user so I am able to make it through a day without a problem, sometimes a day and half. You also just need to know how to set the phone up accordingly, which most people don't know how to do or should I say bother to do. Other then that the device is solid, still needs some improvement here and there. But I mean.. Nothing is perfect.

    More of an update than an upgrade from iPhone 4S

    I got the iPhone 5 on eBay like my 4S to avoid another Sprint contract. It is just like the 4S with the exception of the longer (not wider, sigh) screen. I have seen the LTE icon a few times, but the internet pages seem to load noticeably slower now on cellular data. I listen to streaming radio a great deal and noticed no difference between the two phones. I enjoy being able to take true panoramatic pictures and videos now. The battery life is on par with the 4S; daily/nightly recharging is required. It does start up from a complete power-off a fraction faster.

    Got a Sprint phone that doesn't work on Sprint

    Purchased a Sprint phone so it could be added to the Sprint network, but it couldn't be added, which is the only reason it was purchased. Out of curiosity, tried to add it to Verizon, same thing. Since it is CDMA, it won't work on any other U.S. network. Now it's just an iPod.
