About this product

Product Information

Professional motorcycle racing rolls on to PS2, with this fourth release in Nacmo's MotoGP series. Players can choose 125cc, 250cc, or GP classes, and compete for the cup in 16 re-creations of real-world courses. Professionals of the sport lend even more authenticity, as players can race as or against accomplished riders such as Kevin Schwantz, Wayne Gardner, and Mick Doohan. The game's seven modes of play include "practice" and "melee," and a new feature allows gamers to test new parts as they upgrade their machines.

  • Namco's last official motoGP game? Let's hope not.

This game is the 4th of the series, I have already played the 2nd and 3rd, and loved them, so I decided to buy this one. Like the previous releases, this game is accurate as far as MotoGP tracks and Teams go, and it's a pleasure to be able to play the riders you root for in real life. The new features : -Online Play- haven't tried it. -Addition of the 125 and 250cc classes, a good way to learn the ropes on smaller displacement machines. -16 official tracks. -Compete and earn GP points to upgrade your bike, and unlocks bonus stuff (riders, tracks, parts, bikes etc...). -Also the 'cockpit view' has been replaced by an 'inside helmet' view that is pretty awesome (you even have to wipe the shield from time to time) but although it adds to the game's realism, it's harder to see, I wish they had ...

  • Moto GP 4

I bought this game because I am a amature Sportbike racer. I was told this game is as close as you can come to actually riding the real thing. I can honestly say this game is the closest that I have ever played to this day. It has extremely realistic graphics as well as response times. The only down fall as far as I am concerned, is that you can not do Endovers, stoppies or burnouts. But all in all this is a great game.

  • MOTO GP 4

I RENTED THIS GAME FOR A WEEK & FOUND IT TO BE AS EXCITING AS GP3 , BUT WITH NEW TRACKS , RIDERS & BIKES . THIS VERSION I WAS ABLE TO DO ENDOVERS / ENDO'S ALONG WITH VICTORY BURNOUTS W / SOME PRACTICE . A KEEPER ! THE GAME BOX PICTURE WAS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT IS SHOWN HERE. I tried Gran Tourismo's bikes called Tourist Trophy & it bites compared to this game .

  • great game--i play it every chance i get--it was tough

i love this game--the price was right--the game was hard to play at first--i got the hang of it--than i started wining races--i think that i will buy more games of this type--i would ride my motorcycle everyday--until i had my accident--december 15 2004--it has change my life forever race
