      The item was as described. The seller sent it in a timely manner, but it got lost by the Post Office. I contacted the seller who got right on it and within 24 hours, the package had been found and was on its way. 48 hours later I received it. Thank you seller. The photos are of the kite flying in Puerto Rico over El Morro near Old San Juan.
