Item arrived in a bag. No box and at £9.50 postage i would of expected better packing. Not very helpful seller. Hat is a bright tan colour and not as photo shows.

Item not in Manchester as stated which I found out due to its delay in Dubai, also received invoice with jacket stating the cost was half of what was charged. Disparity due to customs fees I was informed by seller on query although p&p were charged separately, which shouldn't have been an issue if the item was where it was stated to be. Will say the jacket itself was as nice as pictures.

Seller sent item but it was not quite as described so after some communication the seller agreed to resolve this in a positive way and because i did not have a printer and am disabled he took this into consideration and helped resolve this properly, this to me is a good way to resolve the issue and is a good sign. Delivery was pretty quick too considering that it came from abroad.
