    I had to take the remotes to a locksmith that was able to program them, no fault of the remotes, it was because Chrysler makes you go through the " Gateway" to program a remote on any truck 2018 and newer. After a five minute programming by my guy the remotes worked great!

    Although because of the Gateway that Chrysler makes you go through any truck that is 2018 and newer my normal locksmith was not able to program the remotes but I found one that could and he completed the programming in less than five minutes. And now both remotes work great!
