Migraines
I suffered migraine headaches for over 15 years. I got the kind that sent me to the E.R. 2-3 times a month, 2 or 3 shots in the butt... I had lived in England 2 1/2 years and had heard about Feverfew. So finally, I asked my doctor about Feverfew and as he shook his finger at me, he said to me"Now Mrs. Harmer, there's no written proof that it works." To which I replied "If it works, I'll give you proof!" After another 15 years with taking 1 Feverfew capsule a day with my evening meds every day. I can count on 1 hand how many times I have been to the E.R. in the last 15 years! It has been 4 times for migraine! Not only that, I don't even get regular headaches any more! I am very pleased with how well taking feverfew has totally helped reduce my migraines and virtually eliminated my nagging daily headaches. I only wish I had tried this sooner! I had heard about feverfew and read a lot of information about it! I was so skeptical! Also worried if I would have any side effects. I didn’t! Very happy!! I will continue taking feverfew FOREVER! It is so worth it not to have migraines and that nauseous feeling!!
