Not a pleasant experience. 10 days after payment had been made and item had not been shipped. No feedback. I reported the matter to Ebay and seller went ahead to cancel order and issue a refund. Poor customer service. Kept my money for almost 2 weeks only to cancel the order and issue a refund.

buyer wanted item so we checked if we could ship with a carrier which we could not due to ups and fedex charging close to 1K to ship, not even half of actual cost of item. for future buyers, we know have a reliable carrier which we use to ship oversize items
