      The seller gave me a partial refund for an item that was damaged during shipping. The response time took about 3 days, and only after a negative review. The item was not packaged properly and was damaged during shipping. The seller has great reviews which was one of the reasons why I decided to purchase from them. Perhaps this was just one instance? I don t know. However, I appreciate that they tried to rectify the matter. Thank you!

      Seller finally responded and offered a partial refund. They have reached out to Fedex regarding the damaged packaging and item. Although my item was damaged during transit, it's still a great item. In the future please wrap covers with more care. Thank you for making a partial refund.
