    Overall a positive experience. I did try and request a change of address to the US address and he wouldn't agree, so I was asked to pay around $146 worth of customs. I requested to not include a receipt in the package, but for some reason eBay's label included a higher value than what I paid triggering the higher customs. The product received is fine and as in promised condition, which is why I am not at all giving the seller a bad rating. It's just a notification. Thanks again JC910!

    Epson Picturemate

    I wore out my old one after about 10 years of regular use. Nothing matches the print quality...I love this printer!!

    Very disappointed that an obviously not tested printer was offered for sale.Cost if shipping was in excess of product price.

    The pictures are poor quality, they come out pinkish.

    I put in a new cartridge so I know it was not that. I am very disappointed with the quality of the printer
