Overall, the product seems to be decent. But when I received the item and tried it out before mounting, I had the phone app & pc software downloaded. When trying to use the zoom feature, I couldn't find it in wither app. I found out, even though the description says that it has PTZ, it does NOT have zoom as described. It's not what is listed in the description for having the 6x zoom. I checked the actual Reolink website and zoom is not even listed. Contacted the seller to see what they say.
