    [04.19.25 review] $20 (0/7) binary note. condition wasnt optimal to start & to a certain point i can accept the bills sub-par esthetic IF it had arrived in the same condition as the listing pics showed. but it actually arrived WORSE than pictured due to lazy packaging. note ship'd in a std white envelope. note sandwiched between 2pcs cardboard. cardboard stapled together with bottom staple going through the note itself. Ive never seen anything like this before. cannot recommend.
