Waste of money!!!Bought this bike and worked for 5 times. Then it would not turn on at all. Battery seems to be fine. Took it to a shop and the guy told me the whole controller burnt out due to much power running on bike.. been waiting on seller to get back to me for 1-2 weeks and nothing. Now I have to spend an extra $360 to buy a new controller with the matching screen and pay someone to install this… seller still no reply back..

Excellent bargain.
This is the first Ebike I’ve owned so it’s difficult for me to compare it with all of the different varieties that are available. That said one of the reasons I purchased it was because of its comparatively low price. A family member purchased 2 so I had a chance to take it for a ride first. It seems to be well built and is much faster than I expected. I especially like the fat tires. Although the assembly instructions were pretty weak it wasn’t very difficult to assemble. There were a couple of minor hiccups, but the customer service folks were good sorting that out and responding. Reviews are pretty favorable overall, although not perfect. Hoping that it will last a long time!
