    Helps build cartilage and joints.

    I purchased this to help relieve the stress on my left knee, due to my weight. It feels stronger and it hurts less. With long term use, I fully expect to see the cartilage and my joints will get better and stronger which will help eliminate such pain.

    I’ve been using Osteo Bi Flex for more than five years. Prior to finding it I tried several other Glucosamine Chondroitin products and none worked for me. There was a time that I could not walk up a set of stairs unless I pulled myself up holding unto the railing. Since using Osteo Bi flex I feel no pains in the knees and only hold unto the railing for balance. I’ve actively spoken out and recommended it to friends and family. See above

    Good Stuff

    This product is the very best for arthritis pain! I’ve used it over many years. If I have used it up and accidentally forgotten to order more, my joints quickly tell me about it. That’s why Ilike the twin-pack. I would like to see this product in a smaller pill size for easier swallowing.
