Extremely unreasonable merchant not offering me a refund when I was away with family issues and couldn't see the part for myself. STAY AWAY FROM RUBBISH SELLERS LIKE THIS, who only care about the money and give you a poorly shipped and unsecured package. They clearly don't care about customer service.
