    Sharp, Balanced, Comfortable

    Beautiful, razor sharp Chef's knife that handles perfectly. Feels natural in the hand and slices true. This is not a general purpose kitchen knife: no splitting bone-in chicken breasts or cleaving hard rind vegetables like acorn or spaghetti squash. But chopping vegetables and herbs, cutting meat is a joy with this knife. Cuts through rolled basil leaves without bruising, slices tomatoes clean and straight. I will be buying more global knives.

    Great knife.

    This is a great knife. I have a few, but needed another for our trailer. Super sharp and with the minosharp sharpener it's a breeze to keep super sharp. I love the handle and the thickness of the shank, it's a very comfortable knife to use.
