I believe it had to do with my “region free player”, made by Sony. I tried the 3 disks on other dvd players from ‘97, ‘03 and ‘08. They all played fine. So again VERY HAPPY WITH SELLER, but factory programming may be an issue for region free players. A+ all the way!!!! SO HAPPY! 😀 Thank you!
