    NO GOOD FOR A 2014 JEEP CHEROKEE TRAILHAWK

    According to 2 locksmiths (I wanted to verify the first one) these remotes have chips that are NOT compatible with a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. They both demonstrated the difference between a compatible key and this one and the vehicle rings and displays a message when the compatible key is inserted, even though it's not programmed. They also demonstrated that this remote "doesn't really fit right" in the ignition. Now, I know we took a chance for $25 and fortunately, our bookkeeper has a Dodge Ram so we just gave the remotes to her. No big loss, but these DO NOT WORK with a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk.

    Perfect low cost solution!

    When I bought a used Dodge Ram 3500, it only came with one key fob. I needed a couple extra fobs as backups but Dodge wanted over $400 per fob including a door key! My local Dodge dealership also told me that a lot of aftermarket fobs won't take the programming. These took the programming just fine, no hassles, no problems! These saved me about $700 over what I would have paid for the Dodge original replacements even with the $75 programming fee at my dealership, so I'm extremely happy.
