Crucial DDR3 PC3-12800 Memory - Always Meets or Exceeds Expectations
I've used these Crucial SODIMMs frequently for older laptop upgrades. The prices are higher now due to availability but that is a reflection of market forces in play. If you need these 8GB modules for a memory boost, Crucial memory (any size, as hardware dictates) is always an excellent choice. I've never been disappointed using the Crucial brand. Recommend buying new if available but used, if tested, are not going to disappoint and have so far been 100% reliable.

Extra Punch for my Old Laptop
I got this 8 GB for my aging HP laptop and now I have total of 12GB which is sufficient for my needs. My computer doesn't lag and performs well. I would recommend.

Works very well!
Added 2 8 gig DDR3 memory for a total of 16 that is max for my motherboard. Also added a 500 SSD and upgraded from windows 7 to 10. This little computer runs pretty good now!

Works great in my Toshiba Satellite laptop
I was getting conflicting information regarding this being the correct memory upgrade for my older Toshiba Satellite C55-A5220 laptop. No problems with installation. Windows indicates I have 16 gb ram and the laptop operates pretty fast now so all is good. I always upgraded to a PNY ssd so that helped too.

Works great. I have an older computer that will only take one sodimm and needed more than 4G of memory. This works great and my computer doesn't stall like it used to.
