Worst seller I have worked with in over a decade on eBay. Watch arrived defective, which would be no big deal if they took care of the issue. Messaged seller with no response, eventually found a phone number and called. After being put on hold and hung up on, a few calls later I was told that they refuse to do an exchange despite the watch being defective. They offered to return it but would not honor the sale price I bought the watch for. Representatives I spoke to were very rude. Avoid!

Spent $4k on a new Omega watch. the omega watch box arrived damaged, and the watch was never sent to an authenticator as advertised. attempted to contact the seller but they were poor and delayed on communication from their end. They offered me $50 for the inconvenience and they claimed that they don't authenticate international shipments ( this was not an international shipment as they claimed) this is false advertisement and i now question if my watch is real..

Unfortunately, eBay doesn't authenticate watches that ship to PO boxes as it's shipped with USPS. The buyer accepted the $50 refund instead of us exchanging the box USPS damaged.
