They closed the case on me and I applied for an appeal with no help from them. Seller didn’t offer partial return of the money or anything. So I don’t have the item I ordered or the funds paid. I purchase a lot of purses and couldn’t go through them all as quickly as I had hoped. It was over 30 days. So I missed out! Learn from me!!!! I never received a message from you after I asked ebay to look into the situation with the purse. Ordering so many purses you can't get to them all within 30 days is a problem and I would say not mine?
