For anyone making the same replacement, it was for a Roland AX1 Keyboard. This one works fine, but you will need to trim down the plastic to make it fit the compartment. It is a good value, and I would recommend it.

I'll use the 6 AA cells in the new base to supply additional usb power (5v) so the clock does not even see power outage. And the base will hold the thin clock upright better, while not obstructing the buttons on the back of the clock. This battery holder is well built and exactly the size i need. I bought several! Shipping was very fast.
