      Good Turf Buster Replacement

      The tires appear to be well made and heavy. They have a 6 ply rating, which should be good for puncture resistance. I bought the D943 tires as a replacement for the Carlisle Turf Buster tires. We use the tires on Honda ATC250ES for irrigation. The wide, flat tire and closed tread make less ruts than the rounder and/or more open tread patterns. The D943 appears to be the same size as the Carlisle Turf Buster tires it replaced even though the stated size is slightly different. We run these tires on the rear. I think the tread may be too wide to run as a front tire on the Honda Big Reds. Deestone recommends inflating the tires to 7 psi.

      New Deestone D943

      I was looking for a heavy ply tire for out the fields. The only drawback is you have to put more air in the tire so it will stay sealed on the wheel.
