When I received it I put it away till in got time to have it installed,,,,but when I finally took it to install it it was broken at one corner.....I couldn't do anything because I waited to long so I don't know if it arrived broken or what....if I had known they only charge 170 dollars for the windshield and installation I could have resolved this in one day instead than 2 months.....so check your local shops first guys.

Unfortunately the customer did not contact us until almost 2 moths after delivery. Shipping insurance is provided by the carrier but after that long there is no way to know for sure when and where it was damaged, so we could not file a claim. We did offer the customer a replacement at a 50% discount. Had we been contacted closer to delivery and there was damage we would have been able to get it replaced for them.

I ordered a windshield for my 68 Camaro and when I received it and opened the box I found it had been broken during the shipping process. Not their fault but I needed my windshield. I contacted them and sent a couple of pictures and within a couple of days another one was sitting on my doorstep with no hassle or delay. You can buy parts anywhere- customer service is what sets them apart and thats why I will buy from them again.
