Our cat loves this tree and spends lots of time in it, looking out of the window. It was very easy to put together and is sturdy. Being picky, the sides of the top bed could be slightly taller as they aren't much higher than the plush cushion. Our cat prefers lying directly on the fleece covering. I definitely recommend it.

Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
