"Item Specifics" ..."fitment type- direct replacement". Not true for a Craftsman LTX 1000 with a B&S 20hp Intek V-twin. Two reasons: the anti-backfire solenoid projects forward and the 12V connector won't reach the receiving connector on the solenoid. The oem Nikki carb had the solenoid pointing straight down from the bottom of the bowl. The second point: the position of the solenoid projects forward conflicts with the oem heat shield. Modifications to make it work, and it runs good, good price.
