      Excellent workout

      I am a fan of Suzanne Bowen's workouts and the 10 minute solution series is great if, like me, you're a busy mum. I've also found this workout really helpful for flattening out my abs postnatally. Suzanne is very precise in her instructions and emphasises keeping the correct form to maximize the impact of the workout. Fantastic workout for such a bargain price!

      It will blast off your belly fat with perseverance and regular use

      I bought this cd as I have a load of fitness dvds but none that purely focus on the belly (I have a two year old, I lost the baby weight ages ago but my belly has never been the same since) I did the full 50 minutes in one go as I found it quite easy and it didnt make me sweat much. The next day I didnt feel any different, no stiffness like I usually get with exercising. The day after that I couldnt move!! I sneezed and every muscle in my whole entire midriff ached, including my back! I havent done this dvd again since (or any others for that matter). I think I will do a mixture of dvds next time and take two sections from this dvd, probably the ab ripper and six pack abs sections. Highly reccomend this dvd, if you do it regularly there is no doubt at all that you will have abs like ...

      It Does Exactly What Is Says On The Box!

      This is the first of the 10 Minute Solution series I have tried, and to be honest I bought it for 2 reasons: the price, and the title! And I am so pleased I did. This is a great DVD and I can see it working already!! It has five 10 minute workouts, as described, and each one is quite different though they all target the same areas. Just doing 1 or 2 of the workouts everyday gives you a good amount of excercise, and doing all 5 together is a great high impact workout. The instructor is also very good; I often find them irritating but she is clear in her descriptions and is very motivational without being fake or pushy! This DVD is well worth buying, and since trying it I am now going to sample some of the others in the same series.
