That's because I already had one other Ipod Nano and if its activated and then if I try to sync the extra Ipod, it would not sync. So when I de-activated the old Ipod, then it sync right away. Very good product.

BTW, the packaging was well done. I contacted the Seller requesting a refund and the responses was very quick and efficient! Return was approved and I printed out the label and popped it in the mail. Understandably the $ refund will take a few days but I have no doubt it will go well. Highly recommend
