    The first cooling pad (12/24) never arrived even though it was tracked as shipped and on its way. The sellers were great with communication and mailed another one which arrived at the post office on 2/15. I'm not sure it will work with my 16" laptop but something is better than nothing. It is really for Notebooks and smaller rather than larger Laptops.

    THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED TO READ, EVER!

    This is truely a great item. I have one bad mark against this which I'll get to in a moment. Led blue is awesome, the 3-fans built into a platform that anything with a flat surface can sit on it is ideal. The fact that a USB charger or stick can plug into the back of this cooler plug and work, genius. I've owned it a week, so how long will the little motors last? I don't believe over a year. Anyways I like it. I DO NOT LIKE:::: The fact that the little fans were built in a way where this cooling unit has to be on a hard & flat surface. YOU CAN NOT SET THIS ON CARPET, SEMI-SOFT BOOK OR NEWS PAPER OR BED. MUST BE ON A PERMANENT HARD FLAT SERFACE.

    Laptop Cooler Quality

    It is exactly as it looks like in the picture and cools my laptop down, but I really don't like the way the fan blades are exposed, which they can be broken quite easily. The wires that make the fans work are so close to the blades and can be damaged as well. In other words the back of the product needs to be modified, I hate the fact when I try to move the product, I could damage it, but all in all the product work well.

    USB powered Laptop cooling fan pad.

    This is a pretty good cooling fan pad for the money. It reduces the average CPU and GPU temps on my old, but well maintained, laptop by 4 to 5 degrees Celsius (I do not run high performance demanding games on this machine). And it's nowhere near as loud as my laptop's internal secondary fan (which runs far less often while using this cooling pad). I'd say that it's about as loud as the internal primary fan.

    Flimsy. Don't buy for anything larger than a 13"

    Even my super light Carbon X1 causes this thing to bend begging for mercy. The middle fan ends up rubbing against the table. It's now been demoted to keeping the top of my HP Elitebook cool which runs as a Plex server.

    Not a good laptop cooler

    I have no problems with the company. Received the cooler quickly and at a good price. If a person only sits at a desk, it works ok. When I put it on my lap, my legs touch the underside of the fans, and they stop. On my bed, the sheets touch the under side of the fans and they stop. I went to Fry's electronics and found one that works on sale for $7.
