I ordered several items which were shipped as a bundle with one tracking number. One of the items, a 2018 reverse proof set which was not in the box. The seller rapidly responded and shipped a replacement. This tells me 2 things. First, their willingness to believe what I said without question and their desire to rectify an error whether theirs or otherwise. Let's face it. We have no way of knowing where the set might have disappeared. It speaks to their integrity. I recommend them to everyone.
