Fast shipping just a little slow on furnishing tracking info. Seems they immediately state it was shipped to avoid any cancellations but wasn't actually shipped until later. No biggie for me for I just wanted to receive the product as stated which I did. Earings came in a nice jewelry box with business engraved on it. Love the earrings.

I received the ring, it's very nice. Delivery was quick and safe. However, the vendor's lack of communication was unpleasant. I noticed that 7 days after I purchase the ring it had not been shipped, I emailed the vendor to find out when shipping would occur, I never received a response. It was 4 days after I emailed the vendor that I was preparing to ask for a refund when the item was shipped.
