    This arrived promptly. Very tightly rolled so took a while to straighten (by placing under another rug for a while). The colour matches that on the online picture and matches the bedspread in the spare bedroom perfectly. Our dog took to it straight-away, loving how soft it is so to avoid damage it is only coming out for visitors!

    I returned this item. I didn't open it as the colour was not like the pictures. The quality appeared cheap ... I assume this on the basis of how the rug was packaged. It was rolled then folded in half. See my pictures below. If it were thick, it wouldn't been able to fold in half once rolled. I could've overlooked the quality but the colour was not what I wanted.
